Pet Care Studio
The Pet Care Studio equipped with the latest grooming tools and clinical simulation setups; the Pet Care Studio provides students with a hands-on learning environment to master essential pet care techniques. Students can practice professional skills ranging from basic grooming to advanced veterinary procedures in a safe and controlled setting. It is divided into different areas: grooming practice space, clinic simulation, pet bathing station, dog waiting room, cat waiting room, and exotic animal temporary room. According to their training needs, students can practice their skills in designated areas. Real pet models will also be temporarily held in designated rooms for demonstration and practical purposes. With ample space and cutting-edge equipment, the Pet Care Studio offers immersive experiences that enhance practical skills and prepare students for real-world challenges in the field of pet care and wellness.
Nursing Care Training Center
Nursing Care Training Center is a nursing laboratory designated for the Higher Diploma in General Nursing for Enrolled Nurse programme. It encompasses a total area of 367 square meters, features 16 patient beds, and is equipped with a variety of equipment, providing students with a comprehensive environment to develop, practice, and refine their nursing skills. The center includes some high-fidelity equipment, for example, SimMans, Adult Simulators, Adult Emergency Simulators, Paediatric Simulators, and Newborn Simulators, allowing students to provide patient care in realistic clinical simulations. The center also includes advanced medical equipment, such as an Inpatient Medication Entry (IPMOE) system and an artificial intelligence endoscopy system. These tools and systems contribute to creating a realistic training environment for nursing care.

Smart Living Home
The Smart Living Home is a simulated home that incorporates smart automation and modern healthcare technology into the home design to create a comfortable and safe home environment for aging in place. These include home automation systems, security systems, electronic health systems and the latest rehabilitation aids. In addition, it serves as a platform for gerontechnology knowledge and skills transfer center catering for the learning needs of IVE students studying related health care and rehabilitation programmes.
